I have been the 2nd owner for the last almost 9 years and 22,000+ miles. 1st owner lived in Annapolis, MD and only put on 11,069 miles. I bought it from his widow who told me that he was an iron artist and reworked the antique railings and other iron art in town. The floor mat, pedals, and the seat showed no wear when I bought it. There is now wear on mat and a few seat seams are just starting to come apart. I had a 1985 e350 with a 6.9 that had over 850,000 miles on it (back in my courier days). When I got this workhorse the flatbed was removed and the insulated box installed from a similar vintage uhaul. It has pull out ramp that works well, walls and ceiling are foamed. Brake system redone from booster/master to rotors/pads/shoes and all the in between. Truck has surface patina (except for 2 holes-1 under hood support and 1 above rear window-interior metal, Cab corners and floors are VERY solid-shown in pictures). Rear tires have plenty of tread and no cracks, fronts will need replaced soon as well as a few marker lights and backup alarm. New batteries earlier this year. There are many spares you can have: new clutch/pp, used starter & alternator (still on originals of these 3), all door glass, 3 Mann oil filters, etc. This truck needs someone to put some miles on her. The farthest I drove was North Carolina and I would not be afraid to drive it anywhere. Runs and shifts well- no grinding or popping out of gear, will come with fresh oil & filter and full 40 gallon fuel tank. That reminds me the gauge has never been hooked up, I just filled it up every 250 miles. 2 anti-theft devices: push button glow plugs and of course the 4 Speed manual transmission (I can teach you how to shift in 5 minutes). Asking price is less than 10% of a 2026, but you won't get that wonderful 6.9 sound and this one may last longer. You can register it at 10,000 GVWR to save on tags, 9' 8" height at rear (includes 2" safety margin), box roof was recoated with rv coating and granny attic now leaks again. Last time I turned on the radio it didn't work, the 6.9 sound is better anyway. Wired for trailer and has brake controller. This was a great go to auction truck for my eBay store that I am winding down due to health.
